Exchange & Return Policy

Upon Delivery

• You have the right to open and inspect your order before accepting it.
  

• If you choose to refuse the order after inspection, the applicable shipping charges will apply.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

• Products purchased from any Pick-up point, or direct point of sale should be delivered to our warehouse.
  

• Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during promotions or sales are non-returnable unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support. After inspection and approval, the item will be exchanged or refunded in accordance with our policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method usually within 5-7 business days.
