Delayed Deliveries

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance. 

Shipping Fees

We cover shipping fees only if we sent the wrong item.

Otherwise, shipping costs for return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

If a used or non-eligible item is returned, it will be sent back to the customer with additional shipping charges.
